Flow Control Group made a major investment into ecommerce with the acquisition of Instrumart in 2022

- Early in 2021 Flow Control Group partnered with KKR & Company
- Flow Control group exceeded $1 Billion in revenue

2019
- Exceeding $300 million in revenues, the company was recapitalized and began a new partnership with Bertram Capital.
- Shortly after partnering with Bertram Capital, we began to pursue the industrial automation space with the acquisition of Cimtec, AutomaTech, and CB Pacific. Positioning the company well for future growth.

Entered the life sciences market with the acquisition of Accuflow Systems with a follow-on acquisition with Hygeniks in 2018 this set up Flow Control Group to create our internal brand, Purity One single use systems
